What is your development process and methodology?

All our projects that we work on are treated with utmost importance. We scrutinize
and research a project before quoting a price to our client. We follow a strict
ethical and centric approach for each project task. We have a set protocol and a
well defined model delivery for every project before getting started on to enable
us at giving maximum benefits to our clients needs.

What information do you collect from your clients before getting started on a project?
|
|
Before getting started on an assignment we request for the requirements and objectives
from our client for clarity, only after analyzing do we give him/her a proposal.
Once the proposal is agreed upon only then we set our terms and condition in the
detailed agreement.

How do you ensure client confidentiality? |
|
We are committed to the security and confidentiality of the information provided
to us by our clients. We have managed to set up a reliable information security
system with the sole aim of giving all our clients a safe outsourcing experience
with maximum benefits.

What service level agreements do you offer?
|
|
Before the commencement of the project, we sign a MoU Contract that details the
responsibilities of each party, the deliverables, pricing, complaint handling mechanisms
and delivery schedule of the project. All payments are milestone based and made
after you approve of the milestone and its deliverables.

How much do you charge for each project task? |
|
The pricing for each task by itself and a project on a whole depends on the business
objectives and clients needs. We work closely with our clients to understand its
project demands and process by which we develop a price quote, only after the client
agrees on the pricing we finalize the deal.

As a client how do I know how my project is shaping up? |
|
We always make sure to keep our client informed on all aspects of the tasks that
we take up. We keep our clients updated with the basic developments regarding their
project and in return await a feedback on our reports time to time.

What if a client wants to discontinue your services?
|
|
Although we have never faced a situation where in a client of ours has discontinued
the project midway. Incase a client does so s/he is most welcome to scrap it
and abide by the terms and conditions in the agreement signed prior to the commencement
of the project.

When and how do I make the payment for the project?
|
|
The payment terms and conditions are written in the contract and done accordingly.
We normally provide you with the invoice details and all necessary information so
that you can wire your payment to our bank.

Do you offer any discount? |
|
Our pricing is based on certain calculations and logic and prevailing market rates
in order to provide the best deal and maximum benefits to our clients worldwide.
Therefore, we do
not offer any sort of discount.
|

Are there any additional or hidden costs? |
|
All the charges will be mentioned in the contract itself; you don’t have to pay
us a single penny extra than the price quoted in the contract. The only other costs
that you would have to bear would be the bank charges that you incur while making
the payment, as well as costs of any third party software (if any) that you would
have us purchase for your clients. |

How do clients send their work to you? |
|
Normally all the communication is done thru the net but as most of our projects
are web based, clients prefer transferring files through the net. Incase it’s an
application which a client needs us to work on or analyze, we will need to get the
following details: Web server, Database and FTP. And if it’s the server we will
need the Remote Desktop details |

Whom do I contact once my project is on? |
|
We would recommend that you interact primarily with the Project/ Team leader for
all types of information and updates regarding your project. We are comfortable
with communication via e-mail, chat or phone. |

We would prefer all official communication to made between 9:00 am and 6:30 pm IST.
If you wish to communicate sometime prior or beyond the above specified time span,
